- All caravans & motorhomes are stored entirely at the owner's risk. The site owner accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, theft, damage or deterioration to any vehicle or its contents, including any loss or damage caused by other vehicle owners or their vehicles while on the storage site.
- All caravans & motorhomes must be maintained in a roadworthy condition and be adequately insured for the duration of the storage period.
- Any access code, combination code or security code issued by the site owner is strictly for the sole use of the person named in the storage agreement and must not be disclosed, shared or transferred to any third party.
- A minimum of one (1) calendar month's written notice must be provided to terminate the storage agreement.
- The sale, advertisement or marketing of any caravan or motorhome within the storage site is strictly prohibited for security reasons.
- All stored caravans & motorhomes must be removed from and returned to the site, or otherwise moved, at least once every twelve (12) months.
- All gas cylinders and bottles must be disconnected from the vehicle and secured appropriately while in storage.
- All doors, windows, lockers and other access points must be closed and locked securely when the vehicle is left in storage.
- No repairs, maintenance or servicing work may be carried out on the storage site without the prior permission of the site owner.
- Caravans & motorhomes must not be occupied, inhabited or used for accommodation purposes whilst stored on the site.
- The vehicle owner must promptly notify the site owner of any changes to their contact details, including address, telephone number and email address.
- Any damage caused by a vehicle owner to another person's property or vehicle on the storage site must be reported immediately to the site owner.
- Where any storage fees remain unpaid after the due date, the site owner reserves the right to deny access to the storage site and the stored vehicle until all outstanding fees have been paid in full.
